Future Decks: I'd probably only accept if you're offering something I want more. (At the moment, I'll only trade future deck cards for God, and Prophet cards that I am missing.) Future decks are cards that I'm holding that aren't in their own grid.
Potential Future Decks: The stuff in the box next to Future Deck. Tradable, but I'd expect something that I like. ♥ Also contains stuff I'm holding for people, but those are labeled.
Current decks: Potentially tradable, if you have something that I want more.
