Jan. 25th, 2009 02:41 amI had a sudden and intense craving for pastries today, and on my way home, I stopped by the supermarket, as the local bakery was already closed.
And then I discovered that doughnuts are on sale this week, which meant the case was EMPTY save for a few sad plain doughnuts were lingering in the back. When all I wanted was an apple fritter.
So in order to wreck any petitions of eating healthily tonight, I had New York-style pizza and a Pink Russian.
Did you know that you can make them with soy milk? I used plain soymilk, and it tasted about the same. That is very convenient, seeing that the milk in the fridge expired three days ago.
I really want a takoyaki pan. I hate octopus, so I just want it to make pancakes. Maybe with banana or strawberry inside. Chocolate might work too. .____.
