Okay, so first you need to know that a gourmet organic soy milk place opened in our local shopping center. (It's in a place that had a bunch of other stores fail, so we'll see how well it goes.)

Next, you need to know that I have a soft spot from soy milk, mainly because I like it in the form of soft serve. And I don't like it flavored.

The last thing that you need to know is that if you buy the wrong type of soy milk, it's like drinking liquid tofu.
