For the past few days, I've been keeping a list of everything I've eaten. Ostensibly it's supposed to keep you from eating as much by making you more aware of what you're eating.
Unfortunately, I'm shameless.
(Surprisingly, it's helping me in the same way that I used to not eat on weekends because I was to lazy to eat. I'm skipping out on snacks I would have otherwise eaten because I'm too lazy to update the blog.)
The other upside is that I've realized that I'm not eating as much fiber as I ought. I'm occasionally replacing lunch with cereal to make up the deficit.
