rhymeI woke up this morning and felt fine.
I was just brushing my teeth before I went out the door and I started coughing, which isn't an unusual thing for me when I brush my teeth.
What was unusual was the pain in my abdomen. With every cough, it came back, and when I finally finished coughing, the ache remained.
It hurt to stand up, to even sit up, so I went to bed.
I took a short nap, and it feels mostly better, but still a little funny.
In other news, my speaking partner in Chinese hasn't shown up at all for about two weeks. The teacher said that she had emailed earlier to say that she was sick, and had not dropped the class yet. (She didn't seem like the type that would drop the class.)
Therefore, I am convinced that she is terminally ill. (I might be willing to downgrade that to Mono.)
