The concert started about half an hour late, but ran for over three hours- and he was playing the piano for almost the entire time. (There were bits where he went off on random piano tangents, which I assumed was to rest his voice.)

It was much louder than I expected.

But really, the man is a machine.

In addition to letting you look at the houses of people who have much more interesting houses than you do, there is also, invariably, a shot of the homeowner's cat. At least once per issue- some people have the poor taste to not have cats.

There was one article where they mention that there is a cat, but I couldn't find it in any of the photographs- it must either be shy or have been licking itself in a not particularly picturesque manner.

(The cover article was about this house in Saitama that involved a lot of steel and interesting ways of working around zoning laws. Lookit the house! Lookit all that steel. KITTIES IN A CHAIR!!!
