I propose a new game. It is called the "HOW DID VAL INJURE HERSELF TODAY?" game. Today's puzzle is an odd red mark, approximately one inch long, with tiny raw spots that did not bleed that has appeared on the inside of her wrist. It was not there yesterday. How did it get there? Val does not know. Fushigi mystery!
(The answer to yesterday's problem (where did that burn mark on the back my index finger come from?) is "Someone needs to be more careful when they use the toaster oven.")
Incidentally, I also failed to attend a bon dance yesterday. It was raining! I was still disappointed, because it would have been a nice opportunity to wear yukata that I paid perfectly good money for.
Also, life is not fair, because it is very difficult to wear yukata when one is not flat chested.
( cut for proof )
(The picture of me is from that park that the cast of Air Gear ran around in when they went to Kyoto. It's not the best example, but it's what I had handy. The picture of Mikuru is to prove that this just does not work, even in fiction. Really, in what universe is this not strange?)
