Dad and I went to get a Christmas tree about a week and a half ago.
It's kind of a sorry-looking tree, but there wasn't a huge selection at the lot, they already got the final shipment, and we were tired and didn't feel like going anywhere else.
It didn't seem so bad at the store, but once we got it home, it just looks so...small. And the branches are all sticking up, so it's kind of weird, but not having a tree at all would be even stranger.
Kid brother keeps going on about how Final Fantasy is better than Persona, but he's a vernicious canid, and therefore, his opinion doesn't matter, especially when I'm in the middle of a boss fight. (For his age, I'm surprised he's as interested in the Nurse link as he is.)
I got several random comments on the designs on my t-shirt while buying lunch this week- which is kind of embarrassing.
By which, I mean, one of the guys seemed to have a working knowledge of French, and I can never, for the life of me, remember that the painting is done by Magritte.
(The first name that always comes to mind is "Gauguin," but I never say it out loud, because Gauguin is known for painting Tahitian women and is therefore the wrong answer.)
