Have I mentioned that I got a better look at the panty vending machine? It turns out that they all cost at least 1,000 yen, most are about 3,000 yen, and some go up to about 10,000. There are also av's. Some of the panties look somewhat uncomfortable and all are over priced, so I don't think there would be any good reason for me to use the machine. I'm not really sure if I want to know why such a thing is in such close proximity to a college campus.

I have also grown better at asking random store clerks "I brought my computer from America, can it play this? How about this?" I have also managed to apply for a video rental card and learned how to identify which cd's have copy protection and therefore require a SPECIAL player that will not play on my computer. (Hint: they're the ones with the large "C" logo.)
