So, Dad's made the reservations and it's really last minute, but I'm going to Dallas next week.

I PLAN TO BAKE STUFF. 8D

I'm not quite sure about this, but I might need some people's new addresses. I kind of want to revisit stained glass cookies, but they were a lot of work. (But if I revisit the cookies, I should bring melon FruitGo.)

Seriously, this has potential.

The failures were spectacular- it took three batches to get it kind of right- and that's batches of dough- but I have goat and rhino cookie cutters. (The prettiest were the ones with the circle and smaller aspics inside, though.)

If I redo them, I plan to go with more multi-colored windows. (I'd probably do them all with the circle base, and then assorted aspics inside.) On the other hand, they really won't ship well, and it would be a ton of work.

(It costs a lot more to mail to Canada, but if I can keep it in the smallest box, it's only $11. >____>)

Oh nonono I didn't mean to make a request, I was just admiring and wishing I had the patience to do such things! XD ♥♥♥ We have SO MANY COOKIE CUTTERS HERE holygod. I really need to sit one day and make a bunch of EVERY HOLIDAY cut out cookies just to get use of them. I think Duck has a cookie-cutter buying compulsion.

Sort of like me and my need to own skull and crossbones ice cube trays XD

But remember that 1) I love baking cookies and 2) I don't really like having to eat them after they're done. (I bake a metric fuckton- double batches of everything.)

My suggestion would be the joy of cooking sugar cookie recipe with the orange extract subbed in. It's niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice. (I usually don't do rolled cookies, but I kind of want to make it again.)

I also kind of want to try ginger snaps. >__>;;
