I saw this guy using the pan that was kind of like a takoyaki pan, except with larger indentions, to make these little pancake balls, and I wanted some so badly. I haven't had pancakes in a while.


I was told that they made double the usual amount of pastries, and they were still gone. (I walked in at sevenish.) I almost made myself compensation cake, but no one else was at home to help me eat it. I'm planning to go with the can of soda + box of cake mix method, because I think we don't have any vegetable oil. (We've switched to mostly olive oil, which is nice until you have to bake something.)
