Today I woke up with a sore throat and therefore drank a lot of tea with an alarming amount of honey in it.
In other words, two mugs and it took almost the entire head of a bear-shaped honey squeeze bottle. I think that it's best for honey to come in bear form. Those little bee-hive shaped wands mystify me.
I almost made another attempt at drinking honey milk- this time with better honey!- but wimped out at the last minute. It got as far as heating the milk, but I ended up putting coffee in it instead.
(The honey milk thing was entirely my fondness for CCS speaking. I bought that artbook in Tokyo during my freshman year of high school...which was actually before I really started reading CCS. Did I ever mention that my aunt was once told to buy "X" as something that a teenage girl would appreciate and how thankful I was that it was still shrink wrapped so she couldn't read it? Although it was partially the language barrier at work, because I didn't bother to tell her what she sent me. Actually, one of the first tankouban of manga I've ever bought was a volume of X...either 4 or 5. I got it because it was $3 at a time when most English versions were going for $20. :') Screw translation accuracy, I collect in Japanese for purely financial reasons....and the fact that I'm a used book addict. Mmmmm, used bookstores. Mmmmmmm the annual friends of the library book sale. It's an entire high school cafeteria filled with boxes upon boxes of books: cookbooks, old issues of National Geographic, a closed off corner with rare books, mystery, science fiction, hard bound and soft, the popular things and the sorts of things where if you don't buy immediately you will never, ever see again. They bring out new boxes every day for a week. It's kind of an amazing experience.)
