Well, a very merry unbirthdya to me.

Today- well, yesterday by this point- mom told me that it was my predicted due date. (I was early for once.)


The good news is that I managed to find 6 books from the X wing series at Book Off for a dollar apiece. That includes all of the Wraith Squadron books, which means I have the most important parts. The condition was also very good! (It's book off, so the condition is good by definition. \o/)


The bad news is that-

Well, remember the problems they've been having in China with toxic substances that found their way into baby formula? It turns out that a lab in Singapore has found the same chemicals in one of my favorite kinds of candy.

Luckily, I haven't had it in a while, although I'm sitting on two unopened bags. It's very sad, though. White Rabbits are delicious. ;__;

(I'm hoping that the combination of the fact that the people consuming said candy would have a far larger body weight than babies and the fact that the candies contain less milk than formula will mean that no one gets really sick. The formula thing was scary enough.)
